Three things about me:
Wind. I love the wind. I live in a desert valley, and experience wind throughout the year. Not the horrendous strong winds that we get, but the soft windy days that make the trees come alive. I love seeing the wind rustle the leaves of the plants. I adore the sound of wind traveling the the pine trees, making their unique sound. The wind is such a cleansing feeling to me. I just love it.
I love pineapple. Fresh, juicy pineapple. I will always grab one at Costco, go home and cut it right away since I’m terrible at procrastinating cutting fruit and it goes bad. The taste of sweet pineapple on a hot day is my medicine.
I never knew the value of dollar stores and paper plates until I became a Mom. Paper plates are a lifesaver when I just don’t have the energy to clean dishes. While I like to make the table pretty at times with nice dishes and such, (for a short lived dinner moment, as my kids are not at the stage of sitting and enjoying a conversation, ha! That will be the day:) I breathe a sigh of relief when I can use paper plates.
